We cordially invite you to ggg999-2025, annual General Gathering of the Triple Nine Society, which will be held in St. Louis, MO (St. Charles) on the weekend of September 18-21. Location

Just west of St. Louis, across the Missouri river, you’ll find St. Charles, a river city with a unique historical perspective, beautiful sites, friendly people and a pace just a little slower than that of the big city. It is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Lambert–St. Louis International Airport (STL). While STL offers only a couple of direct international flights, it can be reached directly from very many US cities, and it’s just a 45-minutes flight away from the Chicago O’Hare airport (ORD), the 5th most connected airport in the world.

Venue

Embassy Suites by Hilton St. Charles is a spacious yet cosy hotel that will accommodate most of ggg999 needs in one go:

  • Two adjacent hospitality rooms, both equipped with small kitchenettes and fridges, available from Thursday to Sunday from 10AM to 10PM – bring your own food and beverages, including alcohol
  • A spacious conference room for the Saturday and Sunday talks
  • Well-designed sizeable atrium with dozens of tables of different sizes to accommodate all kinds of conversations or provide a peaceful break for introverts among us
  • Free parking for everyone, and free cooked-to-order breakfast and evening reception are served daily to all hotel residents

Accommodation

Embassy Suites St. Charles offers spacious 2-room suites that feature either one king bed or two queen beds, complemented by a separate living area. Enjoy modern conveniences such as two TVs, a desk, a sofa sleeper, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

If you stay at the Embassy Suites St. Charles, there are two ways to do it:

  • Book rooms of your choice on your own at the current price.
  • Take advantage of the generous cancellation conditions offered with the venue's courtesy block (fixed price, guaranteed availability through August 19, free cancellation until 48 hours before the event). We made sure that at least three rooms in the courtesy block are ADA-accessible.

Of course, you don’t have to stay at the Embassy Suites to attend ggg999. Multiple Airbnb locations, hotels (including the casino), and even historic inns are available at a variety of prices (starting at pre-tax $20 per person/night for select shared Airbnbs).

Registration

The ggg999-2025 registration fee is $120.

We want to ensure that everyone who wishes to participate has the chance to do so, regardless of financial circumstances. To support this, we’re offering an opportunity for attendees who may find the registration fee a financial burden. Thanks to the generous contributions from some of our registrants, we have a limited number of donated registrations available for those who need assistance. If you would like to apply for financial support to cover your registration fee, please feel free to reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

And if you are able to contribute toward someone else's registration, we welcome donations of any amount. Your generosity will help ensure that more people can benefit from the gathering and share in the experience. Thank you in advance for your support.

Families and guests are welcome

ggg999 is open not only to TNS members, but also to their families and guests (limited to one guest per member). Minor children and grandchildren of TNS members will not be charged a registration fee.

Member registration

You must be a current TNS member to register. You will be able to add guest registrations only after adding your registration to the cart. Do not use the "gift registration" below for your guests or children.

Gift registrations and donations

Gift registrations

This is for gifts to other TNS members, not for your guests (you can add your guests after adding your member registration to the cart).
"As needed" or designated gift registrations - funds associated with "as needed" gift registrations which are not used this year will be made available for subsequent ggg999s. Designated recipients (if any) must be TNS members.

Donations

Donations are nonrefundable. You will be able to specify how you would like your donation to be used. You are able to overwrite the default of $20 with an amount of your choice no less than $5.
